Emma Pattillo

Emma joined the MOR team in December 2021 and works primarily on opioid withdrawal and inpatient treatment studies. She earned a B.S. in Psychology with minors in biology and Spanish from Florida State University (FSU) in 2019. While at FSU, she was President of the school’s chapter of Students for Sensible Drug Policy (SSDP), which allowed her to spearhead drug-related harm reduction and education efforts in the Tallahassee community.

She also contributed to research in the areas of pediatric social work, behavioral health navigation, and healthcare system integration through roles within the FSU College of Medicine and an affiliated non-profit clinic. In the future, Emma plans to pursue doctoral graduate training in clinical psychology with hopes of furthering substance use and SUD research. In her free time, Emma enjoys tie-dyeing, camping, playing ukulele, and spending time at the park with her dog.
