
Brianna Coffindaffer is a research program coordinator and joined the opioid lab in 2021. She graduated from James Madison University with a B.A. in psychology. While she was a student, she worked on several research projects which focused on topics such as Terror Management Theory, sleep deprivation and its corresponding effect on alcohol consumption, and therapeutic techniques. Her research interests include the therapeutic benefits of psychedelic substances and investigating the effects of opiate addiction on sleep quality.
She hopes to continue her education with a PhD. in psychopharmacology in the near future. In her free time, she likes to cook for her friends, go on hikes, go to concerts, and play billiards.
